General Shipping Policy Info

Our processing times are typically 1-5 working days for items produced in-house and we produce nearly everything ourselves. Occasionally there are times when we're unable to process items within this timeframe so if your order is urgent, please contact us to enquire about when we can have your order in the post. 

If you do not provide print-ready artwork or clear instructions as to what you need printing, we may need to reach out to you for clarification and this can delay the processing times. 

Additionally, for a small number of items, processing times are longer when they are produced using one of our specialised partners. This varies but can be 3-5 working days. 

We’re a small family business and as such, have commitments during UK school holidays that often can slow down the processing of orders over these periods as it’s not financially viable to hire in cover for these brief periods. 

Please bear this in mind and get your orders in AT LEAST a week before any upcoming school holiday to be sure we have time to process your order before potentially closing for a brief period.

We have a popup info box on the site to share information about pending periods of slower processing or periods of downtime with our wide customer base. Once we know the last date for orders (order deadline) we’ll add that info as well. 

Delivery costs are calculated during the checkout process and vary widely depending on the type of products you are ordering, their size/weight, where they are going and what service options are available.

Shipping Time estimates are as follows:
- Please note - upgrading to a faster delivery service doesn't guarantee faster processing times, though we will try and prioritise those orders when resources allow

UK Domestic Standard Delivery
- Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Usually 1 Working Day
- Royal Mail First Class - 1-2 Working Days

Europe - International Standard
- Royal Mail states 3-5 Working Days (though sometimes it can take 1-3 weeks)

Rest of World - International Standard
- Royal Mail states 6-7 Working Days (though sometimes it can take 1-3 weeks)

Full colour waterslide transfers.

The waterslide transfers produced by Phoxy Design are of excellent quality; the base thickness is very fine and they respond to decal softening / setting solutions well. I have found the white is not quite 100% opaque when applied to dark surfaces (such as racing car number discs), and so for large white areas of decal I have simply doubled up; this gives a very solid white. A decent period of time should be given for the first layer to fully dry and adhere before applying the second layer.
I am extremely pleased with the overall quality of these transfers, and of the quick turnaround that Phoxy provide. I have absolutely no hesitation in strongly recommending these to anybody needing custom decals.
